Price per person per night

Sunday (other than bank holiday) to Thursday -  twin or double en-suite £60 per room per night. Single guests £40. 

Friday and Saturday (and bank holiday Sunday weekends) - twin or double en-suite £65 per room per night. Single guests £42.50.

We also have a single room with wash basin which can share a bathroom with one of the doubles and can be used for a child or small adult - £30 Sunday to Thursday, £32.50 Fri/Sat.

Once you have phoned or emailed to establish availability, please secure your booking by sending a cheque for £20 per person as deposit made out to 'P C Cosgrove Account No 2' (electronic transfer also possible)

Children (aged 8 to 14)

£15 if sharing a room with parents otherwise 75% tariff for single room with shared bathroom. We regret that we are reluctant to accommodate very young children as there is an unguarded pond in the garden and a fast-flowing stream just outside the garden gate

Extras

Packed lunch - £4.50 per person

Use of washing machine or dryer 50p per cycle.

We can arrange collection and dropping off at railway stations and nearby locations. Transporting luggage to the next destination can also be arranged

Payment

Bookings must be confirmed by sending a cheque for £20 deposit per person made out to 'P C Cosgrove Account No 2' (or electronic transfer). We can also take payment by Paypal but 5% must be added to the amount paid or 7.5% if paid in a currency other than sterling

Cancellations will be accepted up to three days prior to arrival, otherwise we regret that your deposit will be lost unless we are fortunate and receive a replacement booking

Final payment must be made on the morning of  departure by cash or by personal cheque backed up by a current bank card. We cannot accept debit or credit cards
