The border country between England and Wales, known as The Marches, is ideal for horse or pony trekking. Shropshire is renowned as good riding country with a maze of interconnecting bridle paths. We are riders ourselves so we welcome those who want to explore the lanes on horseback. Our neighbour has secure grazing separate from her own horses from £5 per horse per night. It's away from the sight of a road and is only five minutes walk along a track from our house. Many B&Bs in the area provide grazing so you can plan a circular route, riding out from your starting point and leaving your vehicle and trailer with our neighbour for only £10 for the week. We are also an accommodation host for Redlands Equestrian, an established company that offers horse-riding holidays world-wide. For more information, visit: RedlandsEquestrian
